G-Spot Augmentation – targeted support for sexual sensitivity
Female sexual arousal is often associated with stimulation of the G-Spot. If it is located deeper or is small in size, its volume can be increased by injecting hyaluronic acid or autologous fat, thereby enhancing sexual pleasure.
When it comes to the female experience of sexual pleasure, the topic of the G-Spot sooner or later arises: stimulation of this sensitive erogenous area in the vagina leads to an intense orgasm for some women. If this does not occur or is not experienced strongly, it is often because the G-Spot – also called the G-spot – is not reached by the partner. This can lead to frustration in bed, which in the long term may affect self-confidence or the relationship.
Affected women therefore hope that enlarging the G-Spot will increase their arousability and ability to orgasm and thus provide more pleasure during sex with their partner. Enlargement of the G-Spot by injection is a gentle, minor procedure performed on an outpatient basis – however, it requires great sensitivity from an experienced surgeon. The volume increase can enhance the ability to be sexually stimulated and intensify the orgasmic experience, which can also positively affect overall personal well-being and thereby increase overall quality of life.
Individual treatment by Dr. Christoph Jethon at PraxisClinic Jadore gently and effectively helps your intimate area to increase your sense of pleasure and achieve a new body feeling.

Treatment methods for G-Spot augmentation at PraxisClinic Jadore
For injection into the G-Spot, Dr. Christoph Jethon generally uses either hyaluronic acid or autologous fat, which is previously harvested by liposuction. The material is then injected under local anesthesia with a fine needle into the G-Spot region between the urethra and the vaginal wall. To achieve optimal stimulatory capability, the G-Spot can be augmented to up to twice its original volume.
Injection of the G-Spot with hyaluronic acid filler
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the human body and an important component of connective tissue, with the ability to bind large amounts of water. At PraxisClinic Jadore, Dr. Jethon uses Teosyal® products for injection into the G-Spot, a novel, specially processed hyaluronic acid filler. Depending on the individual case, augmentation of the G-Spot with hyaluronic acid has a temporary effect of between 6–9 months. The treatment can then be repeated.
Autologous fat injections to augment the G-Spot
Autologous fat injection is considered a highly developed and proven technique to achieve volume enlargement; it is regarded as low-risk and can provide long-term satisfactory results. Its use is possible at almost any body site thanks to modern devices and special cannulas.
For autologous fat injections to augment the G-Spot, Dr. Jethon first harvests fat tissue from the abdomen, buttocks or thighs. The incisions required for the fat removal are minimal in size, so the procedure places little strain on the body and the healing process is completed quickly.
Dr. Christoph Jethon performs the preparatory liposuction for G-Spot augmentation with autologous fat while you are in a twilight sleep, although the procedure can basically also be done under local anesthesia.
After processing the fat, he injects it into the G-Spot zone. The treatment takes approximately 60 minutes in total and requires an outpatient stay at PraxisClinic Jadore. The effect of autologous fat injections is permanent and therefore generally does not need to be repeated, although sometimes a small additional injection of autologous fat is required in a second procedure.
Your personal preparatory consultation for G-Spot augmentation with Dr. Christoph Jethon
If you intend to have a G-Spot augmentation performed at PraxisClinic Jadore, it is Dr. Christoph Jethon’s express wish to learn about your wishes and hopes regarding this procedure during a comprehensive consultation. Dr. Jethon will then explain which effects can be expected from a G-Spot injection and whether these are sensible in your individual case. He will explain which procedure he recommends in your case so that the result will have the desired effect for you.
For your medical safety, a gynecological examination and, if applicable, review of previous medical records will clarify all personal circumstances to exclude possible risks. Any allergies to certain substances will also be discussed. Dr. Christoph Jethon will finally explain what you yourself can do in advance to optimally prepare for this procedure.
How to optimally prepare for G-Spot augmentation
Even for a short outpatient stay at PraxisClinic Jadore, as required for G-Spot augmentation, the success of the treatment can be further supported by observing a few measures in advance. Depending on the chosen treatment method, punctures in the tissue of the intimate area as well as small incisions may be required, which should then heal quickly and securely. Therefore, Dr. Jethon advises you to follow the following recommendations about 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment at PraxisClinic Jadore:
Smoking and alcohol consumption
Smoking increases the risk of circulation disorders and also impairs wound healing – both are relevant even for a minor procedure such as G-Spot augmentation. Alcohol consumption also has a negative effect. Dr. Christoph Jethon therefore advises you to give up or significantly reduce both starting 2 weeks before your treatment appointment.
Use of medications
Some medications increase bleeding tendency – for example aspirin and all products that contain acetylsalicylic acid; this includes some sleeping aids. If you regularly take one or more of these medications, you should stop taking them about 2 weeks before your treatment appointment. Of course, this precaution does not apply to medications prescribed by your physician that are medically necessary; if this is the case, please inform Dr. Jethon about this during the consultation.
Intimate shaving shortly before the appointment
Shaving the intimate area is not medically required, but it does facilitate the procedure. If this is not already part of your care routine, it is best to shave the day before the treatment.
Checklist for preparing for G-Spot augmentation:
- Avoid any medications with blood-thinning effects and sleeping aids
- Stop tobacco and alcohol consumption two weeks before the treatment appointment
- Intimate shaving before the treatment appointment
What is the procedure for G-Spot augmentation?
Depending on the method, G-Spot enlargement requires an outpatient stay of between 30–60 minutes at PraxisClinic Jadore. For your own comfort, it is best to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Both methods are performed either under local anesthesia or while you are in a twilight sleep.
G-Spot injection with hyaluronic acid can be performed immediately without further preparation. For G-Spot augmentation with autologous fat, this fat must first be harvested and processed in a preparatory treatment step using liposuction (fat removal).
G-Spot augmentation by injection of hyaluronic acid
For augmentation of the G-Spot with hyaluronic acid, Dr. Jethon injects the preparation directly into the G-Spot tissue using very fine needles. The hyaluronic acid binds fluid there and thus causes a volume increase. Prior anesthesia is not necessary; upon request you can receive a local anesthetic, e.g. via a cream. The treatment usually lasts about 30 minutes. Since hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance that is also broken down again, the enlarging effect lasts between 6–9 months and can then be repeated.
Checklist for hyaluronic acid injection:
- local anesthesia on request
- duration of treatment: approx. 30 minutes
- outpatient stay
- duration of effect: between 6–9 months
G-Spot augmentation by autologous fat injection
As preparation for injection of autologous fat into the G-Spot area, fat cells are first harvested using liposuction (fat removal). The thighs, abdomen or buttocks are best suited for harvesting. You will receive a local anesthetic for this.
Dr. Jethon then processes the fat cells by cleaning them of other cellular components. The concentrated fat cells are subsequently injected by him into the G-Spot tissue using a fine cannula. The procedure for autologous fat injections takes approximately 60 minutes in total. Afterwards you can leave PraxisClinic Jadore.
Checklist for autologous fat injection with prior liposuction:
- local anesthesia, possibly with twilight sleep
- duration of treatment including liposuction: approx. 60 minutes
- outpatient stay at PraxisClinic Jadore
- duration of effect: permanent
Risks and consequences of G-Spot augmentation
In general, injection of the G-Spot does not entail major health risks or complications, but swelling and redness as well as a burning sensation can occur after the treatment, sometimes accompanied by increased sensitivity. Normally these complaints subside on their own within a few days. If necessary, you should wear loose-fitting underwear in the following days.
As a result of the preparatory liposuction to harvest autologous fat, temporary numbness or sensory disturbances or mild pain as well as swelling may occur at the body sites where the fat was suctioned. These subside quickly over the following days.
Healing process after G-Spot augmentation
After G-Spot augmentation with hyaluronic acid injections you are immediately socially presentable and can also go to work. You can resume sports immediately, but you should refrain from sexual intercourse for about 1 week.
For G-Spot augmentation by autologous fat injections with prior liposuction, it is advisable to avoid sports and sauna visits for the first two weeks after the treatment in order not to impair the healing process of the scars and tissues.
Checklist for the healing process after G-Spot augmentation:
- Socially presentable: immediately
- Able to work: immediately
- Possibly pause sporting activities for the following 2 weeks
- No sexual intercourse for 1 week
Complementary correction of the outer or inner labia
In addition to G-Spot augmentation, Dr. Christoph Jethon also performs a reduction of the inner labia as well as the tightening of the outer labia at PraxisClinic Jadore.
What are the costs of a G-Spot augmentation?
As a rule, only approximate costs can be given for non-surgical procedures, as the price is determined individually according to the effort and duration of the treatment.
