A few words of clarity!
What does Dr. med. C. Jethon have to do with UGRS®?
The marketing platform UGRS® was founded in 2008/2009 by Mr. J. Hagen in cooperation with Dr. Konstantinidis and Dr. Siana († 2014).
Mr. J. Hagen and I studied medicine together in Frankfurt. After my graduation in 1999, I devoted myself to my training as a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery, while Mr. J. Hagen focused on commerce.
Since 2004 I began to specialize in penile surgeries and Mr. J. Hagen took over marketing and advertising.
After his graduation, Mr. J. Hagen was never employed as a physician until August 2025. It can be assumed that much of what he tells patients about penile enlargement surgery is based on my years of routine experience and the experience of Dr. Siana. Dr. E. Siana was my friend and mentor.
The head and organizer of the marketing platform UGRS® Mr. J. Hagen is indeed a physician, but has no specialist medical training.
UGRS® is only a marketing platform that I commissioned to organize patients and operations. So when UGRS® advertises experience and operation numbers, it always advertises with figures that it did not perform itself. Rather, the figures always go back to an external surgeon and an external facility, such as PraxisClinic Jadore, the Alice Hospital, the aegz and others!
In the years 2006 to 2025 I performed almost all penile lengthenings and girth enhancements in my own practice and PraxisClinic Jadore, together with the associated specialist staff, as the operating surgeon. Many reviews of UGRS® on Proven Expert are based on my personal surgical activity. Therefore, when UGRS® advertises patient numbers for penile enlargements, it predominantly advertises with my operations or with operations of other physicians.
A brief note about the doctors named today on the UGRS® site: Mr. Littara is not a specialist in urology and not a specialist in plastic surgery and has his practice abroad.
Consider this when making your decision: In the event of possible complications, the physician who operated on you is always responsible for them and not employees of UGRS®.
I am the attending physician at Clinica Juaneda in Palma de Mallorca and not the company UGRS®. The same applies to Hospital Universitario Vithas Aravaca in Madrid and the Alice Hospital in Darmstadt.

Dr. med. Christoph Jethon
Dr. Jethon began his path into medicine after graduating from the Justus-Liebig-School in Darmstadt with two years of civilian service in the emergency department of the Darmstadt hospital.
Dr. Jethon initially completed specialized training as a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery at St. Josef Hospital in Essen. This was followed by activities in the practice for plastic surgery and in the Department of Plastic, Hand and Reconstructive Surgery at the Main-Taunus Clinics in Hofheim.
