Procedure Overview

The procedure takes approximately 60–90 minutes.

  1. A small incision in the pubic area allows access to the inner ligaments.

  2. These are reconstructed so that more of the inner penis becomes visible.

  3. The penile root as well as nerves, vessels, and urethra remain untouched.

  4. The technique aims for a permanent result with minimal scarring.

In combination, autologous fat thickening is performed, which is based on the patient's own tissue – without the use of foreign materials. This enables an even volume increase and supports a balanced overall appearance.
